This is a perfect apartment for holiday for two couples or four friends. Measuring 45 square meter this third floor two-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated (autumn 2019).

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment during warm summer nights.

The apartment is located just on rue Rossetti, few steps of the Rossetti square famous for Nice’s Cathedral and many lively ice cream places, cafes and restaurants in it. It also has two balconies which means that you can sit outside and enjoy great weather while on your holiday!

Guests have a comfortable Queen bed (160 x 190 cm), wardrobe and a TV in the first bedroom and a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a TV in the second bedroom.

There are two separate bathrooms with shower next to each bedroom. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. An open plan kitchen in the main living area is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a large fridge with the separate freezer and a dishwasher. You will find a Nespresso coffee machine there as well. Living area is a perfect space to relax. There is a large sofa which can be converted into a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a TV there. In a kitchenette next to the second bedroom you will be able to prepare light meals or snacks. There is a balcony next to each bedroom so you can enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine there.

Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to the Cathedral square, less than 5-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
