This is a perfect apartment for holiday of two people. Measuring 15 square meter this third-floor studio apartment has been recently renovated (autumn 2019).

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment during warm summer nights.

Guests have a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a TV in the main space. You will everything you need to prepare your breakfast or a light meal in the kitchenette. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate bathroom has a shower. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. You can enjoy your breakfast, cup of coffee or glass of wine in the sunny balcony.

Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to the Cathedral square, less than 5-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
