This stylish and unique house in the Old Town has been designed to be a luxury holiday home. The owner has opened up this hidden gem to up to 4 guests at a time. On the ground floor is a patio that is shaded and private, and up on the top floor is a sunny balcony that has a panoramic view over Nice. Tucked away on one of the quietest streets of the Old Town, you are still only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of the action.

This private house of around 60sqm is on three floors. On the ground floor is a private patio that you can eat out and relax. There is also a master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom including toilet. There is a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has access to the patio. On the first floor there is another large bedroom with full en suite bathroom. On the way up there is another guest toilet. Then the top floor is a large living and dining area with open plan kitchen. This leads out onto a balcony with a breathtaking view over the city of Nice.

Note: there is a flight of steps required to access the property and no lift access.

Both bedrooms have a comfortable Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and 43" smart TV with internet channels.

Ground floor bathroom has washer and dryer for the use of the guests.

There is air conditioning throughout the property.

Linens and towels are always provided free of charge.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a large fridge with the separate freezer and a dishwasher. You will find a Nespresso coffee machine as well. Living area is a perfect space to relax. There are two armchairs and a TV there. You can enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine in the sunny balcony.

Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to the Saint Francois square, less than 10-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise not to enter the Old Town by car, but to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari), “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule) or “Parking Promenade des Arts”.
