This beautiful airy apartment is in the very heart of the old town of Nice, few minutes away from the famous Rossetti square and the Cathedral of Nice. Apartment is recently renovated in a modern classic style. It is on the 3rd floor and has a big, beautiful balcony overlooking colourful streets of the old town. It’s a perfect retreat for families or couples looking to be right in the centre of the beach, bars and restaurants.

Apartment consists of the 3 rooms: Bedroom with the Queen zine (160 x 200 cm) bed, a dining room with the open plan kitchen and the living room where the guests have a big screen smart TV and a sofa. This apartment is perfect for a holiday of 2 people. However, two more people can sleep on the convertible sofa in the living room which converts into a small double bed (120 x 190 cm). The best part of this beautiful apartment is a good size balcony where you can sit and relax with a book or a drink overlooking the colourful streets of the Old Town. Apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fibre optic Wi-Fi.

There is no lift in the building.

Guests have a queen size (160 x 200 cm) bed and a sofa which converts into a small double (120 x 190 cm) bed. There is a 48” smart TV in the living room for the evenings in. Open style kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a light cooking. There is also a comfortable dining area for you to have a meal at home. Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to famous Rossetti square and the Cathedral, about 5-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
