It's a minute's walk from the tram stop and from the main square Place Rossetti. It has a rooftop view and looks down onto a street with boutiques and into Place Centrale with its famous Nicois cuisine.

Apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with open style kitchenette. One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a TV and a comfortable sofa in the living room. The open plan kitchenette and dining area is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your breakfast or cook a light meal.

There is a shower in the bathroom.

Getting around

Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to Place centrale and famous Rossetti square and the Cathedral, about 5-minute walk from the beach. Steps away from the tram stop and the park La Promenade du Paillon. Main square Place Massena is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari) or “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule).
