There are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms leads onto to a separate balcony where you can have your morning coffee or tea. A spacious living room with a dining area and an open style kitchen is a perfect place to spend time relaxing together. It leads onto a beautiful balcony overlooking Nice’s most beautiful park.

Guests have a comfy Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. In the living area, there is a television, a large sofa and a dining table for four. Open plan kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment to cool the apartment dooring warm summer days.

Getting around

Apartment is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is between two squares: Garibaldi square with its lovely sunny cafés and main square Place Massena. Both 5 minutes away. Nice train station is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by tramway. Tramway line 1 stop is almost in front of the apartment building. Parking is possible in the nearby parking: Nice Azur Parking Corvesy or Parking Promenade des Arts. Both 5 minutes away.
