This apartment is perfect for a solo or couples’ holiday. It has a comfortable living and dining area with holiday kitchen, a large double bed, and bathroom with shower. Of course, there is a nice balcony to enjoy the warm weather outside.

Guests have a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm). Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. In a well-equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need to prepare your breakfast or a light meal. There is a TV with cable access as well as a dining table and chairs for two people. You also have small table and chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Getting around

The apartment is 10-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is about 10 minutes and the Old town around 15 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away where you will find connections to many other towns and villages.

There is a tram stop just few steps away. Line 2 will take you from the Airport and all the way to Place Garibaldi and the Port. Line 1 will take you to the Train station or towards the Old town in a few minutes.

If you are coming by car, you can look for parking in the streets around the apartment building or there are two underground parking “Parking Nice Étoile” or “Parking Grimaldi” few minutes away from the apartment.
