This bright and sunny 53 square meters two-bedroom apartment is just perfectly located on the edge of the old town, close to all the main attractions and less than 10min walk to the beach. Overlooking the central park, it is a great space to relax after a day's sightseeing!

This airy second floor apartment is right in the prime part of the old town surrounded by small restaurants and little shops, but away from the bars. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room.

Both bedrooms have large queen beds (160 x 200 cm). There is a small office space with desk just of the living room, also overlooking the park, where you can do some work if you have to. The guests have large 55" smart TV, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs in the living area, bar seating for 6 in the kitchen area and all the equipment for making breakfast or a light meal. Linens and towels are always provided free of charge. The guests have an electric fan in each bedroom.

Getting around

The apartment is surrounded by small picturesque restaurants and boutique shops and is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Place Garibaldi square with its lovely sunny cafés is just 5min walk away. From there, tram lines take you both directly to the airport or to the main train station. There is plenty of public parking within a 5-minute walk.
